Search Marketing Specialist

What You Will Do

• Creating and managing a book of paid search campaigns (PPC, Display, Mobile, Microsoft, Google Ads) across a variety of industries and utilizing various internal web-based systems
• Analyzing campaign performance using a variety of programs including Google Analytics and Adtaxi’s proprietary tools
• Keyword research and expansion, ad copy creation, competitive benchmarking, bid management and budget pacing of accounts
• Proactively and strategically recommending campaign improvements on a regular basis
• Implementing advanced campaign additions including Pmax, dynamic remarketing, YouTube advertising, shopping campaigns, advanced bidding strategies and Conversion Tracking
• Working closely with other departments in the company and vendors to ensure a successful campaign and holistic experience for our clients
• QA campaigns before launching
• Create campaign reports
• Maintain and monitor new trends in Search and make recommendations to client-facing staff

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Analytics certification preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics or other third party analytics and optimization tools
• Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Ability to multi-task and work within firm deadlines
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Prior experience with PPC and SEO management platforms
• Strong quantitative skills

Benefits And Compensation

• The annual salary is $55,000 - $60,000 + potential annual bonus (OTE $70,000)
• Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc.

About the Role

This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in CO, FL, MA, MN, OH, PA, or TX.
