About the role
PCG Digital is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Specialist to create and manage campaigns on Google and Microsoft platforms for tier-3 Automotive clients. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Google and Microsoft advertising, Google Analytics 4, automation platforms like Fluency, and digital marketing within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google and Microsoft ad campaigns aligned with clients’ business goals
- Manage up to 45 accounts daily to ensure performance success
- Maintain ongoing self-education on social platforms and social advertising best practices
- Communicate regularly with clients on strategy and performance alongside the Director and Account Managers
- Launch campaigns and new accounts using Fluency
- Collaborate with SEO, Social, and Content teams to develop new client strategies
- Conduct daily deep dives into Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4 to ensure account and client success
- Build monthly strategies for each client based on inventory, business goals, tracking capabilities, and budgets
- Speak directly with clients on reporting and strategy calls monthly
Requirements
- 3+ years of search engine marketing experience in the Automotive industry, specifically with Google and Microsoft platforms
- 3+ years of experience creating Google and Microsoft advertising campaigns directly in the native platforms
- Strong customer service skills
- 3+ years managing multiple Google and Microsoft client accounts
- Experience running search engine marketing campaigns within Automotive Tier 1 OEM programs
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Proficient in GA4 and Meta Business Suite
- Team player and problem solver with a self-educating mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with the ClickUp task management system
- Experience with the Fluency Automation platform
Candidates without direct experience running paid social media advertising for tier-3 automotive clients will not be considered.
