MarketingFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for section headings. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about company: "Channel Factory provides intelligent marketing solutions..." This is about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. The intro includes company description and location: "Channel Factory is headquartered in the United States and has global offices across 20+ cities/countries. This position will be a hybrid role based in NYC or Chicago". That's about the role/company. Could be placed under "About the role". We'll include that. - Then: "Channel Factory is looking for a Search Buying Specialist with deep paid search expertise and working knowledge of paid social. This role sits within the Media Solutions team and will be instrumental in developing search strategies, supporting clients, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive performance across search and social channels. The ideal candidate leads with search — Google, Microsoft/Bing, and shopping — and brings enough social fluency to contribute meaningfully to integrated campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, client-ready, and comfortable moving between performance data and strategic storytelling." That's also about role. - Then "Key Responsibilities" with bullet list. - Then "Additional Responsibilities" line: "All other duties as assigned" - that's generic, maybe we can ignore as filler? It's not substantive; we could omit because it's placeholder. The instruction: do not emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we should not create a section for Additional Responsibilities if it's just that line. We'll skip. - Then "Requirements" with subheadings: Experience, Technical Skills, Analytical Mindset, Communication & Presentation, Project Management, Education. We need to map to sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Experience, Technical Skills, etc. Could combine into Requirements (experience), Qualifications (education/certifications), Skills (technical skills). But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create those headings if content exists. We have: - About the role: company description, location, role summary. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Search Strategy & Execution, Social Media Support, Client Support & Sales Collaboration, Data Analysis & Reporting, Cross-Functional Collaboration). Also maybe "Additional Responsibilities" but it's generic; we skip. - Requirements: Experience (3–5 years hands-on paid search experience; social experience a plus. Proven track record managing search campaigns with meaningful budget responsibility. Experience working in an agency, ad tech, or media solutions environment preferred.) - Qualifications: Education (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Google Ads certification required; Microsoft Advertising certification a plus.) - Skills: Technical Skills (Proficiency in Google Ads and the Google Suite. Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads). Strong command of search KPIs: Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impression share. Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.) plus Analytical Mindset, Communication & Presentation, Project Management could also be skills. But we could put them under Skills as well. However we have separate headings for Skills; we can include all skill-related items there. - Benefits: list: "Work with a leading startup in a high-demand industry, and you would be working with like-minded experts aiming to transform video ad operations Competitive salary Comprehensive medical benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance) Cell phone and Wi-Fi reimbursement Bill Spend Stipend Gym Stipend Work-life flexibility – we value your contributions above all". Also maybe travel? Travel is mentioned: "This role may involve occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc." That could be under Benefits or maybe separate but we don't have a Travel heading; we could include under Benefits as a bullet. - Pay: Base salary range: 75,000 - 80,000. Also "Competitive salary" mentioned earlier but we have specific range. So we should include Pay section with that range. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; hybrid role based in NYC or Chicago. Could be considered schedule? Not exactly. No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, remote/hybrid. The hybrid role indicates work arrangement. Could be considered Schedule? Possibly but we have no explicit schedule like "Full-time" etc. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Schedule not stated; we have hybrid location but not schedule. So we should not create Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each section heading. Then content: use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end: "Channel Factory is an equal-opportunity employer..." etc. We must remove that. Also "About Channel Factory" section includes history; we need to decide if that's substantive about the role? It's about company; could be included under About the role? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The "About Channel Factory" paragraph includes founding year, awards, etc. That's substantive about company; we could include under About the role as part of company description. However we already have some company description earlier; we can combine. We must not include the EEO paragraph. Also remove "Channel Factory makes hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs at the time." etc. Also remove employee resource groups line. Also remove "Base salary range: 75,000 - 80,000" we will keep in Pay. Now craft HTML. Structure:
