MarketingFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - About the role: there is description: "Channel Factory provides intelligent marketing solutions..." etc. Also "This position will be a hybrid role based in NYC or Chicago". Also description of role: "Channel Factory is looking for a Search Buying Specialist...". So we can put that in About the role. - Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities: Search Strategy & Execution, Social Media Support, Client Support & Sales Collaboration, Data Analysis & Reporting, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Additional Responsibilities (All other duties as assigned). Should be list items. - Requirements: includes Experience, Technical Skills, Analytical Mindset, Communication & Presentation, Project Management, Education, Travel? Travel maybe separate but could be part of Requirements? Travel is separate bullet but could be included under Requirements or maybe separate section? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Travel could be part of Requirements or maybe omitted if not a heading. We can include Travel under Requirements as a bullet. - Qualifications: maybe Education and certifications? Could be separate Qualifications section. But we have Education and Google Ads certification required; Microsoft Advertising certification a plus. Could put under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe Technical Skills, Analytical Mindset, Communication & Presentation, Project Management. Could be Skills. - Benefits: listed: Work with a leading startup..., Competitive salary, Comprehensive medical benefits..., Cell phone and Wi-Fi reimbursement, Bill Spend Stipend, Gym Stipend, Work-life flexibility. - Pay: Base salary range: 75,000 - 80,000. So we have Pay. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; hybrid role based in NYC or Chicago, but schedule not given. No schedule details, so we should NOT create Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "About Channel Factory" maybe? That's company description; could be part of About the role? But we already have About the role describing role; we could include company description under About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include company overview in About the role? Probably better to keep About the role as description of the role and maybe include company mission. But we have a lot of company description in "Channel Factory provides intelligent marketing solutions..." and later "About Channel Factory". We need to preserve all substantive information; we can include that in About the role section as prose. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same content. Let's craft HTML:

About the role

Our platform helps marketers implement, automate, and scale their marketing programs across the world’s largest video library, YouTube and emerging growth channels. Channel Factory is looking for a Search Buying Specialist with deep paid search expertise and working knowledge of paid social. This role sits within the Media Solutions team and will be instrumental in developing search strategies, supporting clients, and collaborating cross‑functionally to drive performance across search and social channels. The ideal candidate leads with search — Google, Microsoft/Bing, and shopping — and brings enough social fluency to contribute meaningfully to integrated campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, client‑ready, and comfortable moving between performance data and strategic storytelling.

Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Search Strategy & Execution – Develop and manage paid search campaigns primarily across Google Ads and Performance Max. Build keyword strategies, ad copy frameworks, and bidding structures that align with client KPIs. Continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and performance – improving Quality Scores, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Social Media Support – Contribute to paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms as needed. Collaborate with the Social Solutions team to develop integrated search + social strategies for clients.
  • Client Support & Sales Collaboration – Partner with the social and sales team to position search and integrated media solutions to prospective and existing clients. Participate in internal and client meetings to position search as a performance driver within the marketing mix. Develop and present reporting insights and decks that communicate strategy, performance results, and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Ads, along with internal reporting tools. Deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable optimization recommendations. Identify trends and translate data into strategic decisions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure search strategies align with cross‑channel initiatives. Stay current on search platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends – and proactively apply new features to client campaigns.
  • Additional Responsibilities – All other duties as assigned.
Requirements: maybe combine Experience, Technical Skills, Analytical Mindset, Communication & Presentation, Project Management, Education, Travel. We could have a single Requirements section with subpoints? But we need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list each requirement as
  • . However some requirements are paragraphs (like Experience). We can still put them as list items. Let's list: - 3–5 years of hands‑on paid search experience; social experience a plus. - Proven track record managing search campaigns with meaningful budget responsibility. - Experience working in an agency, ad tech, or media solutions environment preferred. - Proficiency in Google Ads and the Google Suite. - Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads). - Strong command of search KPIs: Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impression share. - Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools. - Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. - Strong attention to detail with a bias toward optimization and testing. - Confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders; ability to translate technical performance data into clear, compelling narratives. - Experience building polished decks and campaign reports. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment; strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. - Google Ads certification required; Microsoft Advertising certification a plus. - This role may involve occasional travel for in‑person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc. We could also include "Travel" as separate bullet. Now Qualifications: maybe we separate Education and certifications? But we already included them in Requirements. The instruction says we can have Qualifications section if there is real specific content. We could split: Requirements for experience/skills, Qualifications for education/certifications. But we already put education/certifications in Requirements list; maybe better to move them to Qualifications to avoid duplication. Let's decide: We'll keep Requirements for experience and skills, and Qualifications for education and certifications. Thus: Requirements list (experience, technical skills, analytical mindset, communication, project management, travel). Qualifications list (education, certifications). Let's craft Requirements:

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years of hands‑on paid search experience; social experience a plus.
    • Proven track record managing search campaigns with meaningful budget responsibility.
    • Experience working in an agency, ad tech, or media solutions environment preferred.
    • Proficiency in Google Ads and the Google Suite.
    • Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).
    • Strong command of search KPIs: Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impression share.
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
    • Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
    • Strong attention to detail with a bias toward optimization and testing.
    • Confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders; ability to translate technical performance data into clear, compelling narratives.
    • Experience building polished decks and campaign reports.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment; strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
    • This role may involve occasional travel for in‑person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc.
    Qualifications:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
    • Google Ads certification required; Microsoft Advertising certification a plus.
Skills: maybe we could separate but we already covered many skills in Requirements. Could combine but we might still have a Skills section for things like "Analytical Mindset", "Communication & Presentation", "Project Management". However those are already in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we skip Skills section. Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Work with a leading startup in a high‑demand industry, working with like‑minded experts aiming to transform video ad operations.
    • Competitive salary.
    • Comprehensive medical benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance).
    • Cell phone and Wi‑Fi reimbursement.
    • Bill Spend Stipend.
    • Gym Stipend.
    • Work‑life flexibility – we value your contributions above all.
    Pay:

    Pay

    Base salary range: $75,000 – $80,000.

We should not include Schedule. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Check for any boilerplate: We removed EEO, equal-opportunity, etc. Also removed "About Channel Factory" duplicated? We included some of that in About the role but maybe we should keep the "About Channel Factory" paragraph separate? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Channel Factory" section includes details about founding, award-winning, etc. That is substantive and not covered elsewhere. We omitted it. We need to include that somewhere. Could add to About the role as additional paragraph after role description. Let's incorporate that. Add after role description: "Founded in 2010, Channel Factory is an award-winning marketing technology company that helps top global brands and agencies maximize YouTube advertising. Recognized as a technology innovator by Cynopsis and one of the fastest-growing companies by Inc., Channel Factory has served over three hundred of the Fortune 500 in delivering scalable, brand-safe, contextually aligned YouTube advertising software and services. By tapping into the deepest proprietary data pool on the market, the company enables highly customized, contextually aware, and dynamically optimized campaigns and provides industry-leading performance for a portfolio of clients across all industries." We should not include the EEO statement after that. So we will add that as another
