Responsibilities
- Own and manage the strategy and execution of paid search across multiple Google Ads platforms
- Drive growth in First-Time Shoppers, focusing on lowering the cost-per-first-time shopper
- Utilize automated bidding and audience data to enhance campaign performance
- Work closely with the Creative team to develop and test marketing assets based on performance signals
- Implement a continuous experimentation roadmap for ongoing optimization and learnings
- Maintain tracking of user engagement and retention post-acquisition, focusing on shopper quality
- Maintain compliance with platform policies and cannabis regulations to keep accounts operational
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Google Ads and auction-driven strategies
- Proven track record of managing significant paid budgets and achieving CPA/ROAS targets
- Strong analytical skills with a command of metrics like CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS
- Experience in designing and executing A/B and incrementality tests
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, and Data
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills, thriving in fast-paced environments
Pay
$123,200 – $140,000 annually
Schedule
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
