Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps, Platform, and IT teams in daily operations
- Assess and remediate legacy systems to meet industry standards
- Design the support model for the new platform during its rollout
- Manage contract lifecycles and vendor relationships within Operations
- Establish operational metrics and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capacity planning and client commitments
- Act as the primary cost authority for Sales regarding Operations work
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT leadership
- 3+ years of experience directly managing technical teams
- Experience with modernizing legacy infrastructure in a live production environment
- Proficient in designing Operations support models for new platforms
- Experience in vendor and tooling contract management
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and CI/CD processes
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
