Your role involves fitting and altering dresses to perfection, ensuring each customer leaves with a stunning gown.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with genuine enthusiasm, both in-person and over the phone.
• Communicating clearly and resolving conflicts with excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
• Maintaining a five-star customer experience by managing customer flow and addressing emotional and practical needs.
• Providing exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously, promoting all alteration services, and assisting stylists in closing sales.
• Ensuring all alterations, fittings, and garment care are done to company standards, maintaining quality control and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Supporting the store’s achievement of Five-Star Customer Service by resolving customer service issues effectively.
• Maintaining the alterations room in a clean and organized state.
• Performing other duties as assigned by store management.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to perform non-selling responsibilities, such as using POS terminals, counting money, and accessing computers.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and bending.

Pay

The starting rate of pay for this role varies based on factors including position offered, location, training, and experience. The base pay range is $17-21 per hour, which may not be applicable to other locations.

Schedule

Part-time schedule available, with minimal weekday hours required, joining for weekends only.
