Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their seafood selections.
• Prepare and package seafood items according to company standards, demonstrating proficiency in food preparation techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Merchandise seafood displays to maximize sales and appeal to customers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to food handling and safety.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and expand knowledge of seafood products.
• Absorb and assist with general store operations as needed, including maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• General knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
