Seafood Back of the House PT

Responsibilities

• Cut and clean various types of fish, including tuna and fish steaks, according to customer specifications
• Ensure all seafood is handled safely and stored properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times
• Aid with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation

Qualifications

• Experience working in a seafood back of the house or similar kitchen environment
• Ability to prepare and cut various types of seafood with precision and care
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay

$16.25 - $16.50 per hour
