Seafood Associate

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Acquire and share knowledge of Seafood Department.
• Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as a team in order to complete daily tasks as needed, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating and merchandising.
• Maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
• Attend required corporate meetings, vendor calls, and training classes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of seafood department operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Salary range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
