SEA Manager (m/w/d)

Overview

This position involves conceiving, steering, and optimizing SEA campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with a clear focus on performance within the higher education context.

Responsibilities

• Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance based on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Execute and evaluate A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies as part of your daily tasks.
• Create strategies to sustainably optimize CPC, CTR, CR, and ROAS.
• Monitor the market and analyze competition to identify growth opportunities and new optimization approaches.
• Support conversion rate optimization of landing pages.

Requirements

• You have a degree in digital marketing, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• You have proven professional experience in search engine advertising (SEA) and manage high-involvement product performance campaigns with significant budgets.
• Your analytical thinking and secure handling of KPIs enable you to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.
• You are familiar with tracking tools and web analytics platforms.
• Your work style is characterized by responsibility, structured approach, and a problem-solving mindset.
• You stay updated on current industry trends and test developments in your campaigns.
• You communicate professionally in German and possess good English skills.
