Sea Logistics Pricing Traineeship - 12 Months

About the role

You will support various functions within the Supply Chain/Logistics team, contributing to real projects and initiatives while learning from experienced professionals. This traineeship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to operational processes, systems, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operational activities within the department.
• Aid in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business needs.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and process improvements.
• Gain exposure to company-specific systems and tools.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure efficient team operations.
• Engage proactively with team members to learn, ask questions, and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel;
• Ability to quickly learn internal systems;
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
• A proactive approach and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $20. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is flexible and designed to accommodate the needs of the trainee and the department. Regular attendance and punctuality are expected.
