Manage a portfolio of Sea Logistics customers and serve as their primary point of contact.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Partner with Sales and Operational Care teams to support customer growth and deliver service excellence.Support pricing requests, spot quotes, and customer profitability initiatives.Identify improvement opportunities, resolve customer concerns, and monitor account performance. What we would like you to bring We are looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in freight forwarding and account management.
