Landmark AOS is a large SETA program that supports the NRO’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), which is responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. The Program Analyst will support the Systems Engineering Group by strengthening communication, information management, and Agile operational execution across the Office. This role enhances how teams share information, collaborate, and manage workflows by developing structured content, optimizing collaboration platforms, and enabling effective Agile practices. The analyst works closely with government personnel, SETAs, and mission partners to ensure information flows efficiently and supports enterprise‑level decision‑making. Responsibilities to include Develop, update, and maintain Office‑level content using WordPress, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with communication objectives.Assess, architect, and sustain the Office’s Confluence page hierarchy to improve usability, organization, and knowledge management.Engage with Office staff to identify communication gaps and recommend strategies to strengthen information flow across teams and mission areas.Assist government users in developing, organizing, and optimizing Jira projects and Confluence sites to support Agile workflows and program execution.Provide facilitation and coordination support for Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and operational rhythm activities. Qualifications Required Education and Experience Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.Current and Active Top Secret/SCI with PolyJira and Confluence experienceWorking knowledge of IC principles and proceduresExperience working with customers to develop and implement processes and procedures for information sharing. This includes the capture of key information and dissemination to stakeholders.Experience tactfully partnering with customers to help influence how things are done effectively.Experience helping customers improve their methods of communication to ensure all parties remain informed of key informationDemonstration of tact and good judgment to ensure effective communication and interpersonal skills while helping influence the customer to meet their needs Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000.
