About the role
The role of SDR Team Manager at Canonical involves managing and mentoring a successful team of 2-10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and maintaining a multi-million dollar pipeline. The primary objective is to develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy, and a rigorous work ethic.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Excellent academic results at school and university
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology
- Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills
- Leadership experience

In addition to base pay, we offer a performance-driven annual bonus or commission.
