About the role

The role involves managing and mentoring a successful team of 2-10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Business Development Representatives (BDRs), maintaining a multi-million dollar pipeline, and developing outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy, and a rigorous work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that smart and ambitious people learn and develop the skills they need to represent the company in outstandingly well over the course of their career

Requirements

• Excellent academic results at school and university
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
• Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, scientific
• Creative problem solving and cross-team collaboration
• Leadership experience of one form or another
• Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement

Pay

We consider geographical location, experience, and performance in shaping compensation worldwide. We revisit compensation annually (and more often for graduates and associates) to ensure we recognise outstanding performance. In addition to base pay, we offer a performance-driven annual bonus or commission.
