About the role
The role involves managing and mentoring a successful team of 2-10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Business Development Representatives (BDRs), maintaining a multi-million dollar pipeline, and developing high-potential sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of SDRs/BDRs
- Maintain a robust sales development pipeline
- Develop high-potential sales professionals with strong integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic
- Ensure team members learn and develop the necessary skills for success
- Use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
- Experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes
Requirements
- Excellent academic results at school and university
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology
- Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills
- Leadership experience
- Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement

We consider geographical location, experience, and performance in shaping compensation worldwide. We revisit compensation annually (and more often for graduates and associates) to ensure we recognise outstanding performance. In addition to base pay, we offer a performance-driven annual bonus or commission.
