SDR Supervisor

The SDR Supervisor leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through inbound and/or outbound prospecting. This role is accountable for developing high-performing SDRs through coaching, performance management, pipeline oversight, and execution of sales processes. The Supervisor partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and HR to ensure consistent execution, achievement of team goals, and a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve SQL, pipeline, activity, and quality objectives.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, interaction coaching, and performance reviews.
- Monitor individual and team performance using established KPIs and dashboards.
- Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes, lead management standards, and CRM hygiene.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to onboard and develop new SDRs.
- Work with Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize lead routing, campaigns, and conversion.
- Forecast team performance and identify risks or opportunities to improve results.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and workforce planning.
- Recognize and reward high performance while addressing performance issues in a timely manner.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
- Support organizational change initiatives and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of sales, SDR, or business development experience.
- 1–3 years of people leadership experience.
- Experience coaching sales professionals using KPI-driven metrics.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Experience leading both inbound and outbound SDR teams.
- Experience working in a global or remote organization.
