The Work

We are expanding our Go to Market team and searching for a Sales Development Manager to lead a SDR team of 10-12 SDRs. This position is remote.

Compensation and Benefits

Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan. Base salary range starts at $80K with OTE of $115K uncapped.
