Job Description As the first dedicated SDR at Prohost AI, Inc., you will build the outbound function from scratch, focusing on phone outreach to busy property managers. You'll convert high-intent prospects into qualified demos, working closely with the founders to refine the sales playbook and bridge the gap between email and real-world conversations. What You Will Do Conduct 20 to 40 outbound conversations daily with short-term rental operators, converting cold prospects and trial accounts into qualified sales demos.Perform account research on portfolio size and software stacks to deliver personalized openers that resonate with busy, hands-on property managers.Feed direct market feedback—including objections and feature requests—into the sales playbook and product roadmap, working closely with the GTM lead and founders. The ideal candidate Exceptional communication skills: You are comfortable and effective on the phone with strangers, demonstrating active listening to identify property managers' pain points.Highly organized and coachable: You can manage a list independently, keep a CRM clean, and actively implement feedback from regular call recording reviews.Reliable and adaptive: You can work US hours in a quiet environment and have clear, human written English without corporate padding.
