Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage administrative services, logistics, and facilities support for SDD.
- Oversee time and attendance processes.
- Cook up organizational training programs.
- Support IT human capital management activities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in people management.
- Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively.
