Description Job Title: SCTT Program Lead Location: Tennessee Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000 a year Date Posted: 08/21/2026 About The Role The Program Lead assists with the oversight and daily operations of assigned programs serving children, adolescents, and families. Under the direction of the Regional Program Director or Assistant Director, this role provides leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to Care Coordinators while ensuring high-quality, client-centered services. The Program Lead plays a critical role in maintaining program compliance, supporting treatment team collaboration, improving outcomes, and ensuring service excellence across the program. Responsibilities Provide supervision, coaching, and support to assigned Care Coordinators and other team members Support intake assessments and coordinate client admissions as needed Ensure treatment teams collaborate effectively to provide quality care and coordinated services Monitor care plans, documentation, and service delivery to ensure compliance with organizational, licensing, contractual, and accreditation requirements Review clinical documentation and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission Monitor and support closure of care gaps and quality measures, including HEDIS-related activities Conduct weekly supervision meetings with Care Coordinators and support staff development Facilitate treatment team meetings and review client presentations as required Participate in leadership meetings and support communication between program leadership and staff Support performance improvement initiatives through data collection, audits, quality reviews, and corrective action planning Assist with client census management, productivity monitoring, and program performance tracking Participate in program development, networking, and collaboration efforts with internal and external stakeholders Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and client outcomes Support community partnerships and resource development activities Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes as assigned Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Counseling, or a related human services field Minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health, mental health, social services, child welfare, or a related field Experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in community-based or therapeutic environments Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and program requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active automobile insurance Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or related field Experience supervising, mentoring, or coaching staff Experience with care coordination, case management, or wraparound services Knowledge of child development, behavioral interventions, and family-centered practices Experience working with accreditation standards, quality improvement initiatives, and performance metrics Bilingual skills preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Full-time Employees: Paid vacation days that increase with tenure Separate sick leave that rolls over annually Up to 10 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefit options DailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for payday Training, development, and continuing education opportunities All Employees: 401(k) Free licensure supervision Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pet insurance Perks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainment Mileage reimbursement Cellphone stipend (Benefits may vary by state or county) Work Location Tennessee – Office, community, and field-based settings Travel required approximately 25–50% of the time Employment Type Full-time How To Apply If you are passionate about leadership, care coordination, and helping children and families achieve positive outcomes, click “Apply Now” to join Clarvida as a Program Lead.
