About the role

The Specialty Corporate Trust team at UMB offers trust services to the structure finance world for aviation, rail, and real estate. This team works with customers globally to onboard businesses and manage trust transactions. They bring in revenue through fees and interest income, and are known for their expertise in specialized trust products.

Responsibilities

• Supports Relationship Managers in new account setup and updates
• Manages client invoicing and document control
• Communicates with high-profile clients worldwide regarding trust matters
• Performs daily account reconciliations to ensure trust portfolios are balanced
• Processes large volumes of money movements in formats like ACH, wire, and SWIFT/ISO
• Builds and maintains accurate Excel workbooks for financial loan schedules

Requirements

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience

Pay

Compensation ranges from $38,910 - $56,990 for US employees in all other states not listed above.

Schedule

Hours are typically full-time, with some flexibility.
