About the role

A strong ScrumMaster with project management experience is needed to operate interchangeably in middle and back office roles with regulatory, settlement, and reporting exposure. Strong transformation experience is required, including the ability to handle large-scale changes.

Responsibilities

• Tackle large-scale change initiatives
• Operate interchangeably in middle and back office roles
• Manage regulatory, settlement, and reporting processes
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, JQL, and Co-Pilot
• Lead Agile teams using Scrum practices

Requirements

• MUST HAVE STRONG TRANSFORMATION EXPERIENCE
• Strong interpersonal skills and an upbeat personality
• Scrum certifications are strongly preferred (SAFE, Scrum)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management
• Experience in middle or back office operations
• Knowledge of regulatory, settlement, and reporting processes
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
