Scrum Master-W2 only

About the role

Onsite 4x (M-Th) and remote on Friday. Candidates must have Cruise Line Experience and Ecommerce (non banking) project experience. The role requires technical depth in the SAFe framework, JIRA automation knowledge, and expertise in improving delivery performance. They are seeking reliable, hands-on, veteran scrum masters who champion process and product problem-solving, not just meeting management. Must offer solutions; strong at escalation and reporting. Expected to decline poorly defined work (ex. unvetted stories).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach teams for PI Planning, Pre-PI Planning, and In-Quarter Execution
• Drive readiness across backlogs, dependencies, risks, and capacity
• Actively support ART-level ceremonies (ART Sync, SoS, PO Sync as applicable)

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a Scrum Master in complex, enterprise environments
• Demonstrated success working in Scaled Agile frameworks
• Advanced Jira expertise (dashboards, JQL, workflows, reporting)
• Deep understanding of Agile metrics (flow, predictability, WIP, throughput)

Qualifications

• Strong in automation and workflow optimization, not just traditional agile/scrum
• SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, RTE, SPC) or equivalent experience preferred
