About the role
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework within the R&D team, ensuring that all team members understand and adhere to its principles. The role involves coaching team members, resolving impediments, and fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Scrum practices and Agile methodologies.
- Resolve impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or project management.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire team members.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge of software development processes and tools.
Skills
- Scrum Master certification preferred.
