About the role

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework within the R&D team, ensuring that all team members understand and adhere to its principles. The role involves coaching team members, resolving impediments, and fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Scrum practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Resolve impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or project management.
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire team members.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using project management tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and tools.

Skills

  • Scrum Master certification preferred.
