About the role
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework, ensuring that the development team adheres to Agile methodologies, and resolving issues that arise. They play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive environment for the team.
Responsibilities
- Coach the development team to focus on sprint goals and ensure successful project progression.
- Apply basic Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems.
- Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps and PowerBI to strengthen sustainable process improvements.
- Work closely with the team to improve operational excellence for Navy clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile Metrics.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Experience with On-Prem or Cloud Infrastructure technical teams, ServiceNow or JIRA, Scaled Agile Framework, and knowledge of cloud hosting platforms.

- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
