About the role

You will be an integral part of the project management office, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance agile methodologies. This is a 3-month Contract-to-Hire position that offers the opportunity to influence and shape agile practices across large organizational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and define mobilization programs for specialized teams.
  • Manage agile mobilization methodology and create onboarding packages for team members.
  • Own and facilitate the Agile Fit assessment and Mobilization Working Agreement processes.
  • Coordinate inter-team dependencies, minimize obstacles, and promote collaboration.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of PMO processes, tools, and automation.
  • Guide teams to self-organize, problem solve, and improve velocity through agile best practices.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies, coach team members, and shield teams from external disruptions.
  • Organize working groups to define future state processes and utilize toolsets effectively.
  • Participate in governance boards related to agile toolset utilization and stakeholder management.
  • Define, implement, and track agile metrics to measure team and delivery health.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage stakeholder expectations and priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience performing in multiple agile roles, including Scrum Master or similar.
  • Proven expertise in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Rally, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong facilitation skills for Scrum meetings and agile ceremonies.
  • Ability to guide teams in developing Next Minimal Viable Products (MVP).
  • Certification such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI-ACP is required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience leading agile teams, ideally within large organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience working within large enterprise environments or complex program structures.
  • Additional agile certifications or advanced training.
  • Knowledge of automation tools supporting agile workflows.
  • Exposure to agile governance and scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.

Pay

$48.30 – $69.00 /hr
