Scrum Master III

Our client, a leading Energy & Utilities provider, is seeking a Scrum Master III to join their hybrid team in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Creates and defines mobilization programs for custom teams
• Manages agile mobilization methodology
• Creates agile team member on-boarding packages
• Owns the Agile Fit assessment process
• Owns the Mobilization Working Agreement process
• Facilitates inter-team dependencies and works to minimize or remove them
• Assists in the development, implementation, and enhancement of PMO processes, methodology, tools, and automation
• Guides teams to self-organize, problem-solve, and tweak processes to drive team velocity
• Guides Scrum Masters and Product Owners to remove progress barriers (e.g., cultural, administrative, logistical challenges) and shields the team from external interference
• Guides others on Agile best practices
• Supports the customer’s change control process
• Guides Scrum Masters to facilitate Agile processes and Scrum practices to foster an Agile mindset within the team
• Organizes working groups to help define to-be processes and toolsets/utilization
• Participates in the customer’s Agile Toolset Governance Board

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Scrum Master or agile team experience
• 2+ years of experience at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies preferred
• Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in job discipline or field, working independently to solve or lead others to solve complex problems
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Project Management Institute Agile Certified Professional (PMI ACP)

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position located in St. Louis, Missouri.

Pay

The approximate pay range for this position is between $115,000 and $125,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
