About the role

Drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams focused on enterprise software and digital transformation projects
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to keep teams aligned and productive
  • Coach teams towards self-organization and accountability in delivery practices
  • Remove impediments hindering team progress and delivery outcomes
  • Establish new Agile team norms, agreements, and processes to enhance collaboration
  • Assess Agile maturity and implement tailored coaching strategies for team improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance Agile execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, or IT discipline in enterprise settings
  • 7+ years as a Scrum Master, managing multiple teams simultaneously
  • Experience in launching new Agile teams and establishing norms and ceremonies
  • Ability to coach mature Agile teams towards high performance and predictability
  • Familiarity with various Agile frameworks and modern engineering practices
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing team performance and delivery risks

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
