Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile Scrum, Kanban principles, practices, and mindset adoption
• Ensure effective backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics
• Support planning and execution of integration API delivery initiatives
• Facilitate coordination across cross-functional teams including developers, QA architects, and stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizations

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years overall with 3 years as Scrum Master
• Agile Scrum, Kanban frameworks
• Sprint planning, backlog management, Jira, Azure DevOps, Agile tools
• Stakeholder communication, risk dependency management, delivery governance, metrics tracking, velocity burndown

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
