Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile Scrum, Kanban principles, practices, and mindset adoption
- Ensure effective backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics
- Support planning and execution of integration API delivery initiatives
- Facilitate coordination across cross-functional teams including developers, QA architects, and stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizations
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years overall with 3 years as Scrum Master
- Agile Scrum, Kanban frameworks
- Sprint planning, backlog management, Jira, Azure DevOps, Agile tools
- Stakeholder communication, risk dependency management, delivery governance, metrics tracking, velocity burndown

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
