About the role

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Scrum Master with Top Secret Security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Kanban, Standups and Retrospectives.
  • Facilitate discussions between the Government Leads, Tech Leads, Program Manager, Engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and remove blockers to team success while resolving conflict.
  • Cookordinate with multiple teams to keep abreast of task updates and issue resolutions.
  • Track JIRA tickets statuses including upcoming, late, priority tickets.
  • Cookordinate with other Scrum Masters.
  • Guide teams in Kanban methodology processes.
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Must be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.
  • Must be able to demonstrate expertise in being proactive in identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases and superior organizational skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools.

Clearance Requirement

Top Secret Security clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Skills

  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
