Scrum Master

About the role

Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint meetings, identify and implement process improvements for future sprints, administer the scrum board ensuring data accuracy and tool functionality, conduct individual meetings with team members and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration, remove external impediments, and manage internal roadblocks to optimize workflow. Ensure a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• At least 8 years of industry experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven ability to facilitate effective scrum ceremonies
• Strong problem-solving skills to address team disagreements and process issues
• Experience with scrum board administration and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of the SDLC
