Scrum Master

Position Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of Scrum methodology - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Proven ability to remove impediments and blockers - Ability to manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies - Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills - Commitment to continuous improvement and learning

Required Skills

- Expertise in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) - Ability to coach and mentor team members - Proficiency in facilitating sprint planning and reviews - Strong organizational and time management skills - Understanding of backlog management and prioritization - Experience in risk management and mitigation

Desired Skills

- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) - Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) - Experience with distributed or remote teams - Ability to drive team motivation and morale - Understanding of DevOps practices - Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
