Scrum Master
Job Summary
This Scrum Master will be on the Treasury technology team. The Treasury Platform is used by investment banking employees for trading, investing, and asset management products and services. The scrum team consists of 8-9 developers, 1 QA, 1 BA. This person will act as a scrum master primarily and help out the team with some BA skills as needed.
Responsibilities
- Cooking up and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Managing dependencies for the team
- Providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress
- Enabling continuous improvement within the team
- Delivery management and oversight support for key projects within the GFIIT portfolio
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience, at least 3 years of Scrum Master experience most recently
- Must have come from either a hands-on development background or a technical BA background
- Financial Industry experience
- Capital Markets Background
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- Quartz or Trading application experience

Pay
$70.00 - $74.00 per hour
