Scrum Master

Project Overview

An experienced Scrum Master is needed to support a team of approximately 30 members with 40 active projects. The role is critical for improving agile maturity, creating structure, and helping teams scale effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
• Track project execution and team velocity.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Identify process improvements and organizational efficiencies.
• Remove blockers and drive accountability.
• Provide leadership-level visibility into delivery health.
• Help scale Agile practices across multiple workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe certification.
