SCRUM MASTER/ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR (OKLAHOMA CITY, OK)

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead SCRUM teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Aid product owner and development teams to achieve customer excellence
• Lead SCRUM and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach SCRUM teams
• Afford support to SCRUM and development teams on Agile methodologies
• Support product owners and provide Agile assistance as needed
• Perform all correspondence and technical reports as required
• Afford assistance with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required
• SCRUM Master Certification is required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, at a minimum, Word, Excel & Outlook
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills in dealing with SCRUM and development teams, and others who communicate with the department
• Possess excellent proofreading skills
