About the role

Vanguard is hiring a Scrum Lead / Scrum Master for their AI & Data team in Malvern, PA. This role requires a senior professional with extensive Agile experience and real-world AI project background to lead Data Platform and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years overall professional experience
• 10+ years of Scrum Lead / Scrum Master / Agile experience
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe / Big Room Planning
• Experience managing Data Platform & Analytics teams
• Real-world AI / GenAI project experience
• Hands-on experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other AI tools
• Experience integrating AI tools with Jira and other platforms
• AI-driven automation and process optimization experience
• Data Engineering / Data Platform / Analytics / Tableau experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

AI Project Write-Up Required

Candidates must provide a brief write-up covering:

• AI tools/platforms used
• AI project/use case
• Jira/platform integrations
• Automation implemented
• Candidate's specific role and contribution
