Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, organize instruments and supplies
• Maintain strict sterile technique during procedures
• Assist with patient positioning and handle specimens
• Count instruments and sponges to ensure accuracy
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support efficient procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience supporting surgeons and nurses in a surgical setting
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical protocols
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
