About the Role

Responsible for the delivery of patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of Operating Room Technician. Functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs tasks related to patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of OR Scrub Tech experience
• Ability to take on-call shifts

Qualifications

Education

• A high school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a certification-eligible training program no later than 90 days from date of hire
• Successful completion of a non-certification-eligible training program no later than 90 days from date of hire (preferred minimum of one year experience)

Licenses/Certificates

• Current BLS certification within initial 90 days of employment
• Certified as an Operating Room Technician preferred
