About the Role
As part of our Medical Scribe program, you play a vital role in supporting physicians and healthcare providers while gaining first-hand knowledge and practical experience in the field. This opportunity offers:

Responsibilities
- Work 2-3 shifts per week (including weekends and holidays).
- Stand, walk, and follow a physician for extended periods.
- Work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Maintain a responsible and mature demeanor with a passion for medicine.
- Demonstrate excellent follow-through and self-motivation.
Requirements
- Strong writing skills and quick, accurate typing speed.
- Experience with medical terminology, human anatomy, and human physiology is preferred.
- One-year commitment at the assigned site (not a summer position).
The Practice
Natividad Medical Center – Salinas, California
- Level II Trauma Center and County Hospital.
- 120-bed facility with an 18-bed Emergency Department.
- Annual volume of 60,000 patients with a 9% admit rate.
- Patient mix: 60% Spanish-speaking and 25% pediatric.
- Full call panel, excellent nursing staff, and Vituity scribe support available.
