Available Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

About the role

This hands-on position is responsible for reclaiming and preparing screen-printing screens for reuse by removing excess ink, tape, and emulsion, washing and cleaning screens, and properly organizing them for the next production cycle. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve screens that are ready to be reclaimed and prepared for reuse.
  • Remove excess screen-printing ink, tape, and other materials from screens.
  • Operate power washers and the G-Wash machine to remove ink and emulsion.
  • Emulsify cleaned screens for future use.
  • Move cleaned screens to designated drying racks.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines when operating equipment.
  • Communicate equipment or technical issues to the Screen Lead or Screen Supervisor.
  • Assist with training and coaching team members as needed.
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all chemical and equipment safety requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Comfortable visually inspecting small print and color details
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous screen-printing, production, manufacturing, or related experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work safely around machinery, chemicals, water, and cleaning equipment.
  • Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Professional and respectful communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
