Full Time
Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.
Peak Season (July-December)
Mandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.
Pay
Base Pay: $17.00
Qualifications
- Familiarity with screen printing machines and software.
- Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
- An eye for accuracy to catch irregularities ensuring that we only send out the best product.
- A reliable team member that employees can count on every day to be punctual.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with repetitive body movements and lifting of no less than 15 lbs.
- Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
- Learn tasks quickly, be detailed, accuracy-driven, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
- HS Diploma or GED (required).
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
