About the role

Scout and Scholar Brewing Company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as a Beer Server. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and guiding them to their seats
• Assisting with food and beverage orders
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Managing inventory levels and reporting discrepancies
• Engaging with customers to upsell products and enhance their experience
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of beer styles and brewing processes beneficial
