About the role

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead our receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll inspire and develop your team, drive operational excellence, ensure quality and safety compliance, and play a key role in delivering materials where they're needed—on time, every time. Responsibilities

  • Oversee Receiving, Warehousing, Shipping, Inventory Control, Repack Operations, and Internal Logistics to ensure efficient material flow and on-time support of manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories, ensure FIFO compliance, and monitor material movements between sites using SAP WM/IM.
  • Maintain organized warehouse and storage locations, promote 5S principles, participate in audits, and support productivity and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Verify all shipments meet customer-specific requirements, packaging standards, labeling requirements, and IATF 16949 quality standards; support corrective actions and 8D investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with ESH policies, OSHA, DOT, and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) requirements, including equipment maintenance, operator certifications, and transportation regulations.
  • Supervise supply chain team members, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and corrective action, support recruiting efforts, and facilitate regular team communication and training.
  • Manage departmental training programs and training matrix requirements to ensure employees are properly qualified and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of logistics experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership position with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other individuals.
  • Advanced level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ESH, DOT, OSHA requirements.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, ISO and IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Knowledge of SAP for Operations, Cycle Counting and Report Analysis preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this job opening.
  • Proficiency in spoken and reading English sufficient to perform the essential functions of this role.
