The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to support our Leadership Team. In this role you will assist in the coordination of gathering all relevant information regarding Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly KPI metric deliverables including Overhead Budgets, Support Pool EAC forecasts, MBR, OMM and SFP reviews.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize deliverables in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
• Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.
• Interact with Finance and Functional Leadership within SCM.
• Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in business management/analysis or related experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

• Experience with professional presentations.
• Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines.
• Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and cross functional teammates.

Pay

Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Schedule

Hybrid: Employees in hybrid roles work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
