SCM Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, order fulfillment, and maintenance of SAP and EDI forecasting.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand, inventory, and manufacturing capacity.
• Maintain customer portals, scorecards, reports, and communications.
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Raw Material Planning, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
• Participate in production planning meetings, new project initiatives, product industrialization, and obsolescence activities.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs, cycle counts, and operational performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or GED) required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain management preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
