About the role
Eurofins PSS works with leading international companies across the pharma, medical device, food, cosmetic & consumer products industries, providing mission-critical testing. Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing using instrumentation including, but not limited to, Cell Culture, pH, Conductivity, Bioreactors, Autoclave
- Use analytical methods including, but not limited to, statistically analyzing large data sets and drafting technical reports to support commercial filings
- Participate in investigations
- Document test results in notebooks and reports
- Apply GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Meet all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration
- Conduct routine analytical testing with good dexterity, good laboratory techniques, and high degree of accuracy and precision
- Document test parameters, observations, deviations, and results clearly and completely
- Understand and perform calculations as required by test methods
- Read and understand analytical procedures (compendia and client supplied) and internal SOPs
- Prepare reagents, samples, and standards according to procedures
- Participate in conducting investigations when assigned
- Perform laboratory maintenance and housekeeping as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences field
- Ability to perform laboratory tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision
- Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and analytical testing
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety and quality
Schedule
Full-time, first shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Pay
$22.50 – $25.00 per hour.
