Job Summary Join a top-tier global pharma leader in Worcester, MA, as a Scientist II on the Cell and Functional Biology team. In this key contract role, you will perform high-throughput antibody binding and functional screening to drive data-driven decisions for cutting-edge biotherapeutics discovery. location: Worcester, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $45.00 - 50.76 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Perform high-throughput antibody screening workflows, including flow cytometry-based binding, internalization, and reporter assays using automated liquid-handling systems. Execute and analyze experiments evaluating antibody binding, potency, and selectivity via ELISA and flow cytometry platforms. Standardize, optimize, and automate current screening workflows, assay protocols, and procedures. Maintain immortalized mammalian cell lines and coordinate sourcing of internal and commercial reagents. Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to advance project pipelines efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with ~5 years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience, or Master's degree with ~2 years of experience. Strong hands-on experience executing and troubleshooting flow cytometry assays. Proven experience with high-throughput screening workflows. Familiarity with immortalized mammalian cell culture techniques. Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
