Target PR range: $36–$46/hr depending on experience.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented contractor to support in vitro immunology assays within our group. The ideal candidate will assist with various aspects of T cell and dendritic cell functional assays, including sample preparation, flow cytometry, and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vitro assays (e.g., T cell proliferation, cytokine release, dendritic cell co-cultures).
• Follow standard protocols and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain good organizational and documentation practices.

Requirements

• BS with a minimum of 5 years or MS with a minimum of 3 years of experience in immunology, cell biology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with cell culture and flow cytometry (minimum 8 colors) is required.
• Familiarity with human primary immune cells (e.g., PBMCs) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent lab skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
